Lobster mushroom cakes are one of the first recipes I made just for working with these mushrooms. I got a few recently and thought it’d be good to do an updated vid for YT here as a number of my friends have been making them lately. The secret is to shred the mushrooms, salt them and squeeze out as much water as you can so they brown up nice and stick together.
