Meet Paul Weaver, an Amish man who does deep relief carvings as a hobby. He starts with a solid piece of butternut wood (laminated) and uses saws, knives, chisels, and Dremels to create a stunning scene. On average, a carving takes him three months to complete, although he doesn’t work on them full time.
