I was just thinking that if I asked myself 3 years ago to show up in life the way I do now, she could have only done it through shame or in survival mode. There’s no way I could rise at 6, do breathe and lymph work and visualization exercises before sunrise, get fresh air and natural sunlight outside and then workout without music for 40 minutes and then have breakfast and then go into deep focus work for 3 hours before lunch and then focus again. There is NO way and the only difference in both
