President Donald Trump is creating a no-win situation for car markers by raising costs with tariffs and asking car makers not to adjust their prices. On Thursday, The Wall Street Journal reported that President Trump warned auto makers earlier this month not to raise prices in response to his plan to place 25% import tariffs on all cars and key car parts starting next week.
