The Bears rushed for 222 yards, their most in a game since 2023. That’s back-to-back outstanding days at the office in the road-grading department. Williams had pressure on a lot of his drop-backs, though he could have dealt with some of that himself without such scrambling theatrics. One sack allowed won’t get anybody banished to Siberia.
The last time the Bears won four games in a row, they won the NFC North title. There’s still a long way to go this season before division title talk can enter the picture, but the Bears on Sunday will have a chance to do something last accomplished by those 2018 NFC North

Williams finished 15-for-26 for 172 yards and one interception. His 61.7 passer rating was the fifth-worst of his career, with two of the three below it being the first two games of Williams’ career.

Williams and the offensive line were out of rhythm throughout the contest. Center Drew Dalman botched a pair of snaps, including on a 4th-and-1 play in the red zone in the third quarter that resulted in a false start, prompting Chicago to kick a field goal to make it a 23-14 game.
Defensively, the Bears continued their dominant stretch. Chicago forced four sacks, intercepted Saints quarterback Spencer Rattler three times, and recovered a fumble — marking their 16th takeaway of the season, the most in the NFL. Rattler finished with 233 passing yards on 20 of 32 while throwing two touchdowns.
The Bears defense shined again in Sunday against the Saints at Soldier Field as they took the ball away four times, registered four sacks and allowed just 44 yards rushing to secure their fourth consecutive win.
