In a relief for flyers and domestic airlines, India’s aviation authorities have issued a Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) to reopen 32 shut airports following the ceasefire with Pakistan. Airports, mostly in the northern and western parts of the country, were shut in the wake of escalating tensions with Pakistan on May 7, 2025.
