As the House moved to pass the GOP's marquee bill, Democrats began testing out the attacks they hope will win them back Congress in 2026.

The sweeping tax-and-spending package now heads to President Donald Trump's desk a day before his July 4 deadline.

The legislation, which extends tax cuts and funds border and defense programs, would increase the national debt by close to $4 trillion over the next decade.
