Joseph Curto, 54, of Seaford, died of his injuries while hospitalized Saturday; they provided no additional details, police said. Curto had been charged with driving while intoxicated after police said his northbound 2013 Honda Pilot collided into a southbound 2008 Honda Accord just before midnight on July 15 on Seamans Neck Road.
