YORK COUNTY, Pa. — The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) Troop J, York Station launched a missing persons investigation for a York County man. Richard Rinehart, 58, of Glen Rock was last seen in the area of Manchester Street, Shrewsbury, on Sunday, Dec. 1, at around 6:40 a.m.

The dog was left outside the Butler County Humane Society for about 13 hours with temperatures in the low 30s.
