The White House has defended President Donald Trump’s decision to pardon Binance founder Changpeng “CZ” Zhao, confirming that the clemency followed a “thorough review process” by both the Department of Justice and the White House Counsel’s Office.

According to a report TMZ published on Tuesday, November 4, the imprisoned mogul is convinced that the POTUS will hook him up with a presidential pardon in early 2026. Sources told the outlet that Combs is boasting about the alleged pardon to inmates at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey.
