“KISS” founding member, Ace Frehley, is dead at 74, and the rock band’s co-founders, Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley, released a joint statement on his death.

Ace Frehley, the original lead guitarist and founding member of rock band Kiss, has died aged 74.

The Cadillac concert made rock history in Michigan, and has been celebrated annually from Oct. 9-12.
