Here are the three biggest takeaways for the Philadelphia 76ers following their home loss to the Los Angeles Clippers.

This season has been about more than a lack of healthy players for the 76ers. No matter who’s on the floor, the Sixers seem unable to make shots, defend, or grab rebounds. And that was the case Sunday in a 125-99 setback to the Los Angeles Clippers at the Wells Fargo Center.

The Sixers' offense sputtered in the second quarter, as they only totaled 23 points across a dozen minutes. But they hung in there thanks to a rejuvenated defense which held the Clippers to eight points in the final seven minutes and 22 seconds of the second quarter.

The 76ers faced the Clippers in search of their first consecutive wins of the season. Joel Embiid and Paul George did not play.

After picking up their third win of the season Friday against the Brooklyn Nets, the Philadelphia 76ers were back on their home floor Sunday. They played host to an array of familiar faces, squaring off against James Harden and the LA Clippers.
