It’s that time of year again. The holidays are officially here. Thanksgiving is upon us and that means so, too, is the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.

Just like the 1st parade in 1924, there were plenty of marching bands and lots of clowns, followed by the grand finale of Santa Claus ushering in the holiday season.

Just hours before the holiday parade kicked off on Thursday, Nov. 28, preparation teams were in the process of inflating the balloons slated to make an appearance when the Bluey balloon suffered an unexpected injury.
