“Yankee Stadium is located in the Bronx, New York…Orders by residents outside New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania will be canceled without notice and refunds given,” a warning on the Ticketmaster site reads.

The Yankees restricted playoff ticket sales to local fans, excluding those from New England states, sparking controversy among Red Sox supporters. Fans can still buy from the secondary market.
