Randle's first season with the Timberwolves isn't panning out the way Minnesota had hoped when they traded Karl-Anthony Towns.

There was always going to be spacing concerns with the Randle-Gobert front court. The pairing has actually been really good for the Wolves statistically so far: with Randle and Gobert both on the court, Minnesota has a +6.22 net-rating, per PBP stats. That’s much better than the number with either or both off the floor.

That led to Gobert slowly walking out of the paint, but it was too late as the referees called a three-second violation. When the Timberwolves started going down the court, Anthony Edwards was seen yelling and frustrated at Gobert.
