Pennsylvania State Police are working to identify two suspects they say dumped a dog at a local humane society. The Butler County Humane Society shared surveillance pictures of a black pick-up truck parked outside of their facility earlier this week.

YORK COUNTY, Pa. — The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) Troop J, York Station launched a missing persons investigation for a York County man. Richard Rinehart, 58, of Glen Rock was last seen in the area of Manchester Street, Shrewsbury, on Sunday, Dec. 1, at around 6:40 a.m.
