The Bears head coaching job will be a coveted one and ESPN's Adam Schefter believes Lions OC Ben Johnson will have interest in it.

In a recent list compiled by Sports Illustrated, Johnson was included as one of the top candidates, along with Brian Flores, Kliff Kingsbury, Bobby Slowik, Frank Smith and Dan Pitcher.

While Johnson is waiting patiently for the right situation to jump at a head-coaching job, Eberflus is fumbling an opportunity everyone in the NFL covets.

NFL Network insider Tom Pelissero has indicated that Johnson would desire a job that would be set up for long-term success. With some teams in poor salary cap situations, these could be off the table for Johnson. However, reports are that the talented coach will be inclined to participate in searches this offseason.
