Four WNBA players have committed to play in Project B, a women's basketball league that tips off in Europe, Asia and Latin America in November 2026.

Iowa also received a big spark off its bench from sophomore guard Taylor Stremlow, who recorded a career-high 12 points, a pair of clutch second-half 3-pointers, 4 assists and 1 steal. She was named the WBCA Showcase's most outstanding player of the game.

For Midland (0-7, 0-3 GPAC), Weber led the way in scoring with 11 and had three rebounds. Ellie Bovaird offered 10 points, three rebounds and three assists, while Addy Offutt had eight points, five rebounds, a steal and a block. The Warriors were limited to 28.3% shooting from the field.

Elmira College women’s basketball is heating up. The Soaring Eagles picked up their 3rd-straight victory, in a hard fought game on Saturday. After a back-and-forth 1st half, Elmira College pulled away for a 69-54 victory over Alfred State.

Rutgers countered behind sophomore guard and forward Zachara Perkins. She scored 9 in the early push. Graduate student guard Kaylah Ivey hit a deep, contested three over former Knight Mya Petticord, helping Rutgers secure a 2-point edge after one quarter.

Hannah Hidalgo and the Notre Dame Women’s basketball team welcomed the #11 ranked USC Trojans to Purcell Pavilion for a little rivalry game… and we got an absolute gem.
