There is only one day left before the highly anticipated UFC 322 takes place at Madison Square Garden in New York, which means the official weigh-ins for the fighters have now been carried out. Former lightweight champion Islam Makhachev is set for his first bout in the welterweight division,
Three undefeated fighters are on the UFC 322 undercard, including Malcolm Wellmaker (10-0), Michael Morales (18-0), and Baisangur Susurkaev (10-0). Wellmaker’s opponent Cody Haddon withdrew on fight week and the promotion had to scramble for a short-notice replacement. Haddon broke his foot in the lead-up.
Beneil Dariush (23-6-1 MMA, 17-6-1 UFC) missed the mark for his lightweight fight against Benoit Saint Denis (15-3 MMA, 7-3 UFC) when he came in at 157.2 pounds. Dariush will be fined a percentage of his purse for the weight infraction, which was the second of his UFC tenure, but first in more than five years. Saint Denis was 155.6 pounds.

Shevchenko, the top-ranked women's flyweight fighter, aims to defend her title against Zhang, a two-time strawweight champion looking to make history by claiming titles in two different weight classes.
