HWNDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — Crews with the Owensboro Fire Department got together to sharpen their skills when an emergency hits.

The training will be free for licensed peace officers and will focus on strengthening communication, decision-making and lawful application of force in routine and high-risk situations.
