An explosion reportedly occurred on a large South Korean ship attempting to traverse the Strait of Hormuz, South Korean media reported.

The US military has said it intercepted Iranian attacks on three navy ships in the Strait of Hormuz and “targeted Iranian military facilities responsible for attacking US forces”.
