NEW YORK, July 20 (Reuters) - A man was taken into custody on Monday after an incendiary device was set off at a building that houses FBI headquarters and an Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in lower Manhattan.
An armed maniac lit an “incendiary device” outside a federal government building in lower Manhattan early Monday in an attack being investigated by the terrorism task force, according to officials and sources.
