Black Friday deals have come for Apple’s AirPods: the AirPods Pro 2 have dropped to $154, which is a record-low price. At the moment, you can also get the AirPods 4 starting at $119. These are some of the most sought after wireless earbuds during this time of year precisely because the sales are so good.

It's true that if you're shopping straight from the Apple Store, you won't see any special deals ahead of Nov. 29. On Black Friday proper, Apple is giving out gift cards up to $200 on eligible purchases of iPhones, MacBooks, AirPods, and more.

You can always count on Black Friday and Cyber Monday for markdowns on the latest headphones, and this year's savings are especially good. Move quick to score discounts on the just-released AirPods 4, the new AirPods Max headphones, and older-gen products like the AirPods Pro. Now's the time to snag a new pair.

The second generation of AirPods Pro was launched in September 2022, with a revised version introduced last year with a USB-C charging case replacing Lightning. Two years later, the AirPods Pro 2 remain my favorite wireless earbuds, and are probably the best you can buy right now.
