With an assist on a goal by Jake DeBrusk, Quinn Hughes has passed Alex Edler’s franchise record of 310 assists by a defenceman. His 311th career assist came in a Sunday morning matchup against the Detroit Red Wings on the power play. The assist was Hughes' 21st of the season and his 10th on the power play.
