A Quebec judge is hearing arguments this week in a class-action lawsuit application against Montreal billionaire Robert Miller over allegations he paid minors for sex.

Miller sold Future Electronics this year, but the company is named in the class action, as are three of his former employees who were allegedly part of a network to recruit girls for him.
