Guard Sophie Cunningham was injured during the Indiana Fever’s preseason finale on Saturday. The Fever beat the Atlanta Dream, 81-76, on the road, but Cunningham went down in the third quarter with a right ankle injury.

Caitlin Clark’s day for the Indiana Fever was bookended by shots that were reminiscent of her career with Iowa’s women’s basketball team.

Prior to their final preseason game, the Fever sent a three-word message on social media. "That gameday glow," the post read. Following their third and final preseason game, the team will have about a week to prepare for their season opener on May 17 against Angel Reese and the Chicago Sky.
